Setting a new standard for coffee scales with ultra-fast 20ms response time and a 0,1g sensitivity. The Acaia Pearl is sensitive to even weight changes resulting from evaporation. Designed with a build-in stopwatch so you can track coffee blooming, pre-infusion, steeping or blooming time without a fuss, and the automated auto-off customization will prevent your scale from shutting down during coffee brewing.
